with in house metal casting facility , we can control and maintain quality right from the first step with installation of modern furnaces, Co2 cores , shell core machines, in line bolt squeeze machines have enable us to cast premium quality castings

Manufacturing
our factory is well equipped with sophesticated machines including CNC machines to ensure the consistency in accuracy of machined parts. A strong work force of devoted employees including qualified engineers and managers works tirelessly so that our customer operativional process becomes easy.

Quality Assurance
Huno Valve are manufactured using process and procedure that comply with ISO 9001 standards. Strict quality control is carried out at all manufacturing process. Our Q.A department maintains the gauges and calibration is done on regular basis

Testing
Each valve is pressure tested in accordance to the relevant standard or as per customer requirement. Both hydraulic pressure test and pneumatic pressure testing facilities are available.
